Trained in Clinical Integrated Hypnotherapy through the EKAA Foundation—an ISO-certified institute and a graduate of the Tasso International Institute in the Netherlands, accredited by the Earth Association for Regression Therapy.
At the heart of my practice is deep therapeutic hypnotherapy—my core modality and guiding framework. Drawing from this foundation, I integrate complementary tools such as Sound Healing, Family Constellations, Hypnobreathwork, Life Scripting, NLP and Coaching Techniques, Reiki, and Laughter Yoga to enhance the depth and reach of each session.

My Path

My journey has taken me across countries, cultures, and career paths — each one shaping me in profound ways. While life on the outside was full
and thriving, I quietly carried hidden burdens on the inside. Adapting to new environments, meeting expectations, and keeping it all together came
at a cost: moments of disconnection, suppressed emotions, and a longing
for deeper peace.
Decades in high-pressure roles taught me how to lead and deliver — but rarely how to pause, reflect and slow down. I didn’t realise how much I had tucked away just to keep going. My body, however, was speaking to me – through sleepless nights, tension, aches and persistent pains – signalling what my mind was too busy to acknowledge.
